Cancellation Policy:

Because your services are personally reserved for you we ask that you notify us at least 8 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Any cancellation made with less than 8 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the services. Day packages require a 48 hour notice of change or cancellation. No shows are charged at full price of service. A credit card is required to hold all reservations. We offer you a relaxing, soothing and stress free environment so we ask that you refrain from bringing children to the Salon unless they are receiving services.

Gift Certificates:

Our Gift Certificates make an ideal gift for special occasions, thank you presents, or employee incentives. Certificates are available for individual services, treatments series, specific dollar amounts, Products and gift baskets. No refunds on gift certificates.Let our professionals help you.

Gratuities:

Gift certificates do not include gratuities. If you liked your treatment, it is customary to tip your therapist(s)/stylist.
